How do I book a detail?

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Hugo, Minnesota and serve the surrounding northeast metro — including White Bear Lake, Forest Lake, Lino Lakes, Centerville, Mahtomedi, Vadnais Heights, Stillwater, and Oakdale. If you're a little outside that, text us anyway and we'll let you know.

Where does the detail happen — do you come to me?

We're a small, personal operation, so we keep this flexible. In most cases we can come to you — all we need is access to the vehicle, ideally with water and power nearby. We'll confirm the exact arrangement by text when we book you in.

Question 4

How long does a detail take?

Accepted Answer

An interior or exterior detail typically takes 2–3 hours. A full detail runs 4–6 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. We'll give you an accurate window when we confirm your booking.

Question 5

What do you need from me on the day of service?

Accepted Answer

Just access to the vehicle and removal of personal valuables. We'll confirm any other details by text before your appointment.

Question 6

Will detailing remove scratches and swirl marks?

Accepted Answer

No — we don't do paint correction, polishing or buffing at the moment, so scratches and swirl marks will still be there afterwards. A proper hand wash makes a car look dramatically better, but we'd rather tell you that up front than have you expect something else. Text us a photo and we'll be straight with you about what it will and won't fix.

How often should I get my car detailed?

Most people find every 4–6 months works well, with a lighter exterior detail in between. It depends on how the car is driven and stored, so if you're not sure, text us and we'll give you an honest answer for your vehicle.

Question 8

What does your satisfaction guarantee actually mean?

Accepted Answer

Before you pay, we walk the vehicle together. If anything isn't up to standard, say so and we'll put it right there and then — no argument, no extra charge. If something still isn't right afterwards, get in touch and we'll sort it.

Question 9

How do I pay, and do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Cash, Venmo or Cash App on completion — whichever is easiest for you. No deposit is required for standard details, and the price we confirm by text is the price you pay.
