We're based in Hugo, Minnesota and cover the surrounding northeast metro: White Bear Lake, Forest Lake, Lino Lakes, Centerville, Mahtomedi, Vadnais Heights, Stillwater and Oakdale. If you're a little outside that, text us anyway and we'll let you know.

We come to you and work off your driveway. We'll need somewhere to park the car, an outside tap and an outdoor socket we can use. That's the one thing worth checking before you book, because without water and power we can't do the job on the day. If you're not sure what you've got, describe it when you text and we'll tell you straight away.

An interior or exterior detail is usually 2 to 3 hours. A full detail runs 4 to 6 depending on the size of the car and how bad it is. We'll give you a proper window when we confirm.

Somewhere to park it, an outside tap and a socket, and your valuables taken out. Anything else we'll confirm by text beforehand.

No. We don't do paint correction, polishing or buffing, so scratches and swirl marks will still be there afterwards. A proper hand wash makes a car look dramatically better, but we'd rather say that up front than have you expecting something else. Text us a photo and we'll be straight with you about what it will and won't fix.

Every 4 to 6 months suits most people, with a lighter exterior detail in between. It depends how the car is driven and where it sits, so if you're not sure, text us and we'll give you an honest answer for yours.

Before you pay, you and we look over the car together. If anything isn't right, say so and we'll fix it there and then, at no extra charge. And if something turns up after we've gone, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Cash, Venmo or Cash App when we're done, whichever is easiest. No deposit, and the price we confirm by text is the price you pay.
