What we Do With Your Details

When you request a quote we collect your name, mobile number, and optionally your email, vehicle details, a description of what you need, and any photos you choose to attach.

When you leave a review we collect your first name, rating, review text, and optionally your vehicle, the service received, photos, and a contact detail so we can thank you.

We use it to reply to you, prepare an accurate quote, schedule your appointment, and invoice you afterwards. That's it.

We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services listed below that make the site work.

Only reviews, and only after we've read and approved them. A published review shows your first name, rating, review text, and any photos you added, never your phone number or email.

If you'd like a review edited or removed, just ask and we'll take care of it.

This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase to store enquiries, reviews and photos. Quote notifications and invoices are emailed through Resend. Invoices are created and stored by this site itself. No third-party billing service is involved, and we never handle card details.

We use Vercel Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It's cookie-free and doesn't track you across other websites.

Our services page embeds a Google Map so you can see the area we cover. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. That part is theirs, not ours, and it's covered by Google's privacy policy.

The “are you near me?” box on that page works out a distance and then forgets what you typed. A ZIP code or a town is answered entirely on our own server from a public Census Bureau dataset, and nothing leaves the site. A full street address is the one case that gets sent on, to the Census Bureau's public geocoder, purely to turn it into coordinates. Either way we don't store it, log it, or create an enquiry from it: checking whether we cover your street isn't the same as asking me to get in touch.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a sign-in cookie on the owner's private admin page.

We keep enquiry and job records so we know your vehicle's history and when you might be due again.

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. Text or email and we'll remove it.
