What We Do With Your Details

When you request a quote we collect your name, mobile number, and optionally your email, vehicle details, a description of what you need, and any photos you choose to attach.

When you leave a review we collect your first name, rating, review text, and optionally your vehicle, the service received, photos, and a contact detail so we can thank you.

We use it to reply to you, prepare an accurate quote, schedule your appointment, and invoice you afterwards. That's it.

We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services listed below that make the site work.

Only reviews, and only after we've read and approved them. A published review shows your first name, rating, review text, and any photos you added — never your phone number or email.

If you'd like a review edited or removed, just ask and we'll take care of it.

This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase to store enquiries, reviews and photos. Quote notifications are emailed through Resend, and invoices are issued through Zoho Billing.

We use Vercel Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It's cookie-free and doesn't track you across other websites.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a sign-in cookie on the owner's private admin page.

We keep enquiry and job records so we know your vehicle's history and when you might be due again.

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time — text or email and we'll remove it.
